At Forum Home Appliances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original packaging and unused condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the appliance in its original manufacturer box with all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts to ensure it is not damaged during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
